Shipping policy
Currently, we ship to Spain, Portugal (except Madeira and the Azores), France, and Andorra. We have a free shipping to all of these countries (except Balearic and Canary Islands) for orders above 70 eur. All orders are sent from Alicante, Spain, and delivered to your home within one to two working days by GLS. Orders typically leave our warehouse the day after purchase, though delays may occur. Orders placed before 1 p.m. will be shipped the same day.

Unfortunately, store pickup is not available at the moment.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. A full refund will be issued, minus return shipping costs.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at partypunto.es@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
