Refund policy
Products can be returned within 14 days from the moment of receiving the order, if the product
has no external damage, there are no missing parts/the quantity corresponds to that indicated
on the package, the product to be returned has an original packaging that has not lost its
commercial appearance (this point does not apply in cases where a low-quality product is
returned). Buyer bears the costs of sending the goods back.
Products cannot be returned within 14 days from the moment of receiving the order, if the
consumer has opened the packaging of the product, for which it is not allowed for health and
hygiene reasons (disposable dishes, straws and other similar products), the product is damaged.
If you receive defective goods, please inform Party Punto about it by filling out a free-form
application addressed to our company – Party Punto (ID B7544114) and sending it
to partypunto.es@gmail.com. The complaint must include the following: First and last name
or company data (name, address, tax identification number), e-mail and telephone number,
order number / invoice, date of receipt of the order, a detailed description of the defect of the goods with photographic documentation.
Party Punto undertakes to replace the defective product or return the amount paid to the
buyer within 3 working days from the day buyer contacted.
When returning a defective product, the following conditions must be met:
- the product must not be damaged due to the actions of the buyer;
- the product is returned in the original packaging of the product and shipment together
with the documents (purchase receipt or invoice);
- the product must be correctly assembled and securely packaged. Returns will not be
accepted for products that have been used, damaged, or have lost their commercial appearance. Please note that minor changes to the product or its packaging, made solely for inspection purposes, do not constitute significant alterations to the product's appearance.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, unless the consumer has expressly agreed to a different method of return, which does not involve any costs for him. The cost of shipping the goods under complaint, after agreeing its necessity with the Party Punto, is borne by the buyer. After a positive consideration of the complaint, this cost will be returned to the buyer.
Custom or personalized items are non-refundable. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
